The location is perfect and safe, right in the Rio Cali and only 10 minutes from Granada and ChipiChape. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had a great view from the 18th floor. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities including room service, laundry, and a shuttle service.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would still highly recommend this hotel. The staff sometimes had to use the guest elevators, which caused a delay in getting to our room.

The hotel is located in a secure area close to shops, banks, and restaurants. The units are exceptionally clean with a great view. Each unit is equipped with TWELVE pillows, providing excellent comfort. The bathrooms are spacious. Plenty of great food options available for meals.

The hotel provided taxis upon request, making it easy to travel to my doctor's appointments. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and fresh food, and the cleaning staff ensured my room was always tidy. The 19th-floor room had a stunning view of the city, and the hotel had chosen a great team of employees. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow cosmetic tourists.
